RE Toon Play House - Yellow - A Fun Home For Kids of all Ages!

This is a fun shaped yellow house, with crooked wood sides and a stone base, plus matching yellow wallpaper, with moldings on the inside. It features fun shaped windows, trim, cartoon type door and a curved & bent roof.

The house is Mod, so textures or size can be changed. It’s also Copy, so more than one can be put out. Note: The roof is a one piece sculpt, with a fitted texture.

It has about a 13 x 12 footprint, with tall walls and open ceiling inside. Good for your own use, or as a rental home or shop space.
