ROOST - Arden Point House packaged

A pack of 2 Houses with this quality is a dream. Its not my first ROOST House and I love it absolutly. Its perfect with the diff. Rooms and the Balconys or the large Windows - the Details around, the Texture and yes to change the Colors outside too of my own under edit and select Faces. The Prim/Li Count is fantastic for those House and for me a perfect size. Not tooo large and not small - the only thing I would change would be this: There is a Part with diff. Wallcolor for Kitchen/Dinner in the Livingroom downstairs and a small room behind this white Wall. If this Wall could be delete if Customer wish this, would it be a large Dinning/Kitchen part in one and open View through the Rooms. Cause the Room behind there (Entree right side) is not a room I will use now ... maybe later for anything. Final: it worth the price, the quality is again perfect and for me perfect!! Thank you ♥

I have been in SL for a total of 11 years...this is the first home I've purchased where I did not have to fix anything! The quality of the construction is top notch. The attention to those little details that make a house is definitely there. We love the casement windows...something you rarely see in SL houses. Our 1/4 sim is beach/grass terrain and this house fits with exactly what we wanted in a beach-style home without looking like a cottage. The bi-fold doors at the rear of the house are a great idea. If there is one thing that would make this a 10 Star +++ house is if the lower rear deck was deeper. When the bi-folds are open, there isn't much room for any furniture. I'm sure Roost will fix that if he issues an update version. All-in-all...well worth the price considering the LI and getting 2 houses for that price. This is a must buy for anyone looking for a quality home that will fit almost any location!

I live in an ocean community where the chain of islands must be a more Mid-Atlantic theme. I have put 4 houses on the property that seemed like they would fit the theme only to take them down again and start all over. I saw Roost Homes during a MP search and TP to there homes to take a look at Arden Point House for myself. (Most houses I purchased prior to this one didnt have a showroom and you were at the mercy of the designer and photoshop).

I was very surprised at the quality of their homes and the additional accessories you can buy for the house to make it even look nicer! I quickly realized that I found not only a house that I loved but one that was so well designed and the layout is perfect, but it also fits perfectly with my Mid-Atlantic theme I must keep to.

As for the price of the house, the quality and details you get with this home is well worth the L$4,000 you will pay for it. For such an awesome house with great details and textures the price is low. I have houses double the price of this home that I purchased from places that did not have a show room and they now sit in my inventory, a big waste of lindens for sure. So don't miss out on a great house. Take a moment out of your day TP to their homes, check out the demos that are set up and see for yourself. The houses that are set up on their sims are the same house you get when you receive it in your inventory. You can also get to see how other accessories will fit well with the house. Well worth the time to check out and the lindens you will pay for this home, you won't be disappointed.
One last thing, the prim count for a house this size is amazing for those that don't want to use up all their prim on just a house. At 161 prims at the high end, that is awesome for this size of a house. So don't hesitate in buying quality!!!! Roost is another honest and trustworthy designer on SL, so you owe it to yourself to at least check out their homes.

I got the house, garage, snow additions for both and the fences also available. The whole set is just phenomenal, while the texturing is amazing and top notch. The house itself fit the bill nicely for my lil' slice of paradise in winter. The low prims for the quality is well worth it, and the price is piddly when you see the craftsmanship of this beauty! Do not hesitate to purchase if you are thinking about it...See it in world and you will fall in love!
