Beautiful brick cottage inspired home made of 100% Mesh that is custom created by us.
A generous sized 1bedroom house over 2 levels perfect for smaller land spaces.
Downstairs when you enter from the covered in porch you'll find the joint Living and Dining space with french doors leading to the back yard. From there you can move to the separate kitchen area with it's own little door to the back yard and the stairs leading to the 2nd floor.
On the upper floor you have the small bathroom with a tiled Add-on wall attached already (but you are able to remove that). Then there is the bedroom overlooking the front yard and a large walk-in closet space, however, I have also included a tiled Add-On wall for that space too incase you'd prefer using that as the Bathroom instead. Lastly on the 2nd floor you have the generous outdoor covered patio area overlooking 2 sides of the yard.
The walls and floors are tintable to fit your own colour scheme by using 'Select Face' in Edit mode.

If you're someone like most, that's needing a build for 1 to 2 people. This is exactly what you need! The spacing with this home allows for great decorating areas, and the square footage from the base allows a lot of room for even those with the smaller parcels. Love the balcony & porch areas and truly appreciate that with these newer builds they come with both a left & right version!
