The Island is 100% mesh, resizable from 52m x 45m x 15m to 123m x 143m x 40m menu driven.

The platform is copy / modify giving you free range to dig in and make changes if so desired.

Lookout Island has 6 texture sets. 3 different stone textures with sand & grass.

Includes matching grass ground texture w/ normal if you want to stay high and dry.

Includes a copy/mod high quality animated water w/ reef bottom (seen in the images) in several sizes & 8 preset texture sets

Land Impact:
The Island has a 290 LI at any size & the animated water is 3 LI.

The Island is packed in a rezzer with move to center region, Max Size, Default Size, Resize -10% +10% & texture menu.

The Animated Water Surround was created with help from Riders manager Lizzy Seranno and is one of the best I have personally seen. It has excellent color, movement and gleams as natural water does w/ normals and specular.

Both, the Platforms and Animated Water Surround are separate, therefor you can use one without the other.
