Rococo Armchair - Walnut
A beautiful French 18th century Louis XV Walnut and fine leather À Chasis armchair. The frames of the seat furniture were made by the Parisian menuisier Nicolas-Quinibert Foliot, who, like his father, Nicolas Foliot, was furniture maker to the king’s household. The seat is covered in close-nailed fine leather. Armchairs 'À Chasis' which signifies the ease of removing the seat and back enabling to change the upholstery for every season.
