This is a realistic working directional window made to be used along with S2 Pro Light Switches and Lights. The way it works is intended to simulate real life physics of this type of glass, where you need one room illuminated, and the other room dark, to create the directional effect. On the illuminated room the glass will be completely solid like a mirror, and on the dark room will be able to see through. When both rooms are equal (both dark or both illuminated), the glass is transparent on both sides.

Technically, the glass uses S2 Pro Switches signals to work (lights aren't really necessary), however, for the realism, it is recommended to use S2 Pro Lights accordingly. For a basic setup you would need 2 rooms, divided by a wall with this window installed, having 1 Pro Switch and Pro Light on each room, that works independently of each other, but as part of the same link set with the window. Switches and window must be linked together to work. The glass uses 2 different LightID's (1 for each switch), set via description just like the switches, and you touch the window to apply the description change.

The directional window script won't work in any other way! This window is intended to work with the pro switches and pro switches only, and only physically linked to the switches, no remote function available.

Window is 100% mesh, with materials enabled textures. Is half prim when linked (in most cases). Frame can be made of any color using the viewer build tools. There are no problems with resizing the window. The window also has a decal surface, hidden as default, that you can use for any application.

If you're just looking for a window that is solid in one side, and transparent in the other (constantly, with no scripted function at all), you could get this window, remove the script, and make one side solid (making it 0% transparent).
