The Metropolitan Police Station is a Roleplay oriented build with realistic layout, proportions and elements. The building is meant to look and feel like a real urban police station, slightly old but renovated. The station has a walk-in lobby, small garage, accessible roof, elevator & staircase, 4 small furnished holding cells, an open bullpen area, reversible lineup & interrogation rooms, and 10 other rooms with a variety of uses. There is no lack of room for your applications. Be aware that the building/furniture included is PG.

The building can be modified in many ways, signs you see on pictures can be changed or removed. On the box is also included a SHERIFF sign you can use instead of the default police sign.

Construction wise this is a high quality build. Custom LOD's guarantees that the building will look like a building from a far distance, custom collision shapes gives you confidence to rez inside without issues, detailed materials enabled textures will make your experience more realistic and immersive, projector lights ensures great lighting quality, and custom scripting, bug free and optimized. The whole building is a single piece except for the elevator.

Included on the building you find S2 Pro Lights and Doors, Gentek Delta Elevator, and HD Garage door, all being the best products of their kind. Holding cells are furnished with bed and sink/toilet combo, both functional. Cell doors are interactive with working handcuff/food door and the ability to lock you in since you cannot open the door from the inside. The lobby area includes a nice custom desk.

Other interesting features are exterior lights and signs that can be used with a timer, realistic working elevator, realistic working garage door (with remote), and reversible lineup and interrogation rooms that has an interactive one-way glass that works realistically with the room lights; just as in real life, you need one room darker than the other, so the mirror does its effect. As plausible roleplay elements, the building has a skylight, vents and a modeled inside for the elevator shaft. As an RP oriented build, all elements has a distance limit for interaction, you must be near an object to use it.

The building has a centralized HD Access Control that controls who can use doors and lights, and can be set to owner, group and everyone. You can also add individual avatars using a whitelist. The access control is set to group as default. Doors can be set to be locked or unlocked. The building is also CasperLet Compatible, which means it can be paired to a rental unit, and tenants/subtenants will be automatically added to the access list. The lights and garage door has API for 3rd party support and add-ons.

This is a highly customizable build in many aspects. The colors on walls, floors, ceilings and doors can be changed in many ways, also, all doors has decal surfaces for adding custom signs and details. The signs on the entrance can be removed, the flag can be changed, and other things like bedsheets and lineup room design. Some template and textures are provided.
