The S2 Doorbells is a pack that includes 5 different "bells" or speakers, and 3 different buttons that you can mix and match. What differentiates this doorbell from others is the realism of it's operation: It uses a button to activate a bell; Commonly, doorbells in SL plays the sound at the button, and there is no sound emitter elsewhere.

This doorbell also does not send any messages when pressed, it does what a doorbell does, make a sound. This is on purpose, as this doorbell is made to be pressed many times, annoyingly or not, just like in real life.

Each different "bell" or speaker behaves like, and plays the sound of it's real counterpart. 5 models means 5 differnt bell types to chose from out of the box. You also have the option to set a custom sound and either play it once with each press, or loop it as long as the button is pressed. You can install more than one bell or speaker per button to extend the sound range and/or volume.

Working with the bells you get 3 types of buttons that are interchangable. Buttons change a light and plays a button sound when pressed. The buttons must be phisically connected (via linkset) to atleast a bell or speaker to work.

The installation is simple as long as you know how to link objects together. Buttons, bells and speakers can have separate channels to work separately even when on the same linkset.

The models are 100% mesh, PBR and Legacy materials (works with old viewers as well), and have custom LOD's. As normal with S2, items has separate texture faces for further customization. Land impact of 2 is expected when 2 elements are used, could lower when linked to more objects.
