Beautiful Dockhouse with a very low prim count, tasteful combination of white wood and brown windows. The dock is 25x30, the house 20x16 minus entrance area 9x5. All windows have white shutters to be openend and closed just by a click.
Delivered in a rez box.
How to rez your build:
================
1. Drag the rez box to the ground. Do not open it.
2. From the box menu choose Build. If it does not rez correctly choose Clean and than Build again.
3. Position your build by moving the rez box.
4. When the build is in the final position choose Done from the rez box menu. Enjoy !!

Let me be clear about this -- it will NOT fit on a standard 16x32 512-sqm plot.
It looks like a fine house, which I'm sure I will use later.
