21 Coenties Slip was a real building located in lower Manhattan New York,
it, as well as most of the entire Coenties Slip neighborhood,
has been torn down & replaced with skyscrapers.

The building has been recreated with a retail space,
as well as 4 floors of small rooms.
Both with separate entry.

The building is copy, modify. Feel free to change out door scripts, etc.
