I've rebuilt the farmhouse to reduce prims and script lag. It has gone from 202 prims to 144 and all the scripts for doors, windows, and keyservers have been updated to reduce lag.

Here it is, the weathered farmhouse. Fit to live in or for a variety of RP sims.
The build features distressed textures, from the siding, flooring, wallpaper, ceilings, to the roof. It's roomy with lots of space for guests. The windows will tint to open or closed blind textures, and the doors are lockable, and access to both can be easily controlled through a keyserver. The house is divided into zones so that you don't have to lock all the doors and operate all the windows, limiting their function to various rooms.
