This is a home I built for my own personal use and decided to add it to my inventory. Large and loaded with custom features, the Sherwood has everything you need - 3 bedrooms, a two car garage, and two levels with plenty of space. The green trimmed windows and shutters fit perfectly with the log and stone construction. It comes with a centrally controlled security system. The outside doors can also be locked or controlled from one of three panels, as well as the window tints.

There are two fireplaces with touch to light fires - one in the main room upstairs near the large front windows, and the second in the cozy basement, which has stone and wood wainscotting on the outside walls. There are also two bedrooms in the basement and inside access to the two car garage.

This home features many custom-made sculpted parts and textures you won't find anywhere else in SL. I spend a lot of time and L$ creating and uploading these in an attempt to make my builds as realistic and individual as possible while keeping prim counts down as much as I can.

This is a large home and requires 394 prims to rez. Please ensure your land will support a home of this size before buying as there are no refunds. The Sherwood is designed to be set partially in the ground, as seen in the pictures. Therefore, please make sure you have terra-form rights to properly position it. If it is placed on a flat parcel, the front door will be on the second level. I am not an expert at terra-forming, but I will assist as much as I can if needed.

Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.

All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
