<TA>Off-sim Racing Buoys with Flagged Gate

Trace decided we needed racing buoys. So…

You Get:
• Flag Gate 25 m Off shore 3LI
• Flag Gate 50 m Off shore 3LI
• Green Buoy 25 m Out To Sea 1LI
• Green Buoy 50 m Out To Sea 1LI
• Red Buoy 25 m Out To Sea 1LI
• Red Buoy 50 m Out To Sea 1LI

Instructions:

Rez the buoy. The anchor buoy (root prim) can then be placed on the edge of the sim and rotated so that the course buoy (the other prim) is off-sim.

Alternate colors to make a course!

Considerations:

• You have modify permissions so you can use "edit linked" and then move the buoys to different spacings.

• On our parcel (The Redux) the anchor buoys were in awkward places such as the middle of a deck. Set the item to phantom (so you don't trip over it later), then "edit linked" the one in the awkward place and change its texture transparency to 100%. Now, it is invisible and only the off-shore buoy shows up.
