Choppy, not smooth...trash.

It doesn't rotate in a smooth manner. It moves in jerks like a second hand on an old clock, tick... tick.... tick....
Works As Described.
This script will rotate the texture in a counter-clockwise direction however, this IS NOT a smooth animation.....you see it rotate frame by frame.
