This building is the second of our City Series. The City Series are specially designed for decoration or store purposes, that's why the prims are kept as low as possible. Usually our buildings are accessible, but unfortunately this Full Mesh model isn't.
It is totally designed as decoration to give you the "San Francisco" atmosphere, or as a filler for your sim/city. This is why we kept the prims as low as possible, and the LOD up so it doesn't disappear at distance.
