This DEMO is exactly what it says it is, it comes with sample/DEMO prims formed out of some of the sculpt maps this place sells...and for one of them items you get a small free gift, that doesn't say DEMO on it, it's a mini-volcano, you just have to open the box like a normal item, only it's for a DEMO and Gift. Yes, you get LM's and advertisement textures but there are real DEMO items in here. I'd presume the DEMO and Gift is worth the $10L in of itself.
