I built this as my personal home here on SL and decided to add it to my inventory. It is a large home, requiring 414 prims and has a large footprint. Much of the footprint involves the deck and patio so if they aren't wanted, they can be deleted after rezzing to save prims and reduce the size. There are no refunds so please be sure your land will support it.
This home was designed to be placed next to water, so the expansive deck has no steps leading from it. I used a very realistic cedar decking texture and the railings are all custom sculpts. The covered patio has a fireplace that lights at a touch and has smoke coming from the chimney when lit.
The great room features high ceilings and a stone fireplace. A set of stairs leads to an open loft that overlooks the great room. Two sets of french doors lead out to the deck.
The master bedroom is on the main level and features another stone fireplace and french doors that open onto the large deck.
The kitchen features warmly textured cabinets with stained glass in some of the upper doors and a center island with cooktop. Two more sets of french doors lead out to the deck and the covered patio.
Don't let my low prices lead you to believe these are slapped together boxes. I search SL and RL for the best textures I can find and spend many hours making each home as nice as I can. Look around and I'm certain you won't find a better home for the money.
All of my homes are copy/mod/no trans so you are free to make any changes you like to them. Some of the scripts are no mod and this will cause it to say no mod, but anything besides the scripts can be changed. If there is something you may want changed and don't feel comfortable doing it yourself, I will do my best to help out and make it your own personal home.
