The Milano Condo is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 5.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).
The build is 16 m by 16 m, consisting of a a large spacious lounge with windows to the forward aspect and French doors to a small patio area. There is a arch from the lounge to a kitchen space with front facing windows. the rear area of the lounge leads you to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom area all with rear aspect windows.
The walls are baked and shaded with specular and bump maps, i do not recommend you try and change these.
The floors have specular and bump maps too, you will need these settings enabled in your graphics preferences to obtain the best results.

Size of rooms too small
While the skybox itself is nice, the bedroom and bathroom spaces are just way too small. The bedrooms don't even seem big enough for a regular sized queen bed, and the bathroom is so small you have to smoosh your avatar against the back wall just to get the door closed. To the creator I would suggest larger spaces.
