This is a Large Home, done in lap wood siding, with moldings and gingerbread trim. It is a 2 story building, with an octagon shape window section and a front porch. The first floor has a large living space and another long room off to the side, that could be a dining room or kitchen, with eating area.

The second floor has 2 large rooms, including a large bedroom, with open ceiling. The second room has the octagon front windows and can be used as bedroom, den or bathroom.

It has a nice modern or Victorian look and the interior is done with a simple wall covering and moldings, as to not over shadow your decorations.

It features custom textures, but is mod so you can add your own. The windows are set into the walls, so their or the wall textures can be easily changed. The outside is done in neutral textures, so they could also be tinted to different colors.

Has about a 26 x 24 footprint, including the front porch and octagon section. Good for your own use or to be used as a rental.
