FREE KITCHEN included, as I just finished my Kitchen Project. The wood color kitchen sections, best fit in this house is included in a separate linked assembly when you open the box. If you use it, it will add another 11 LI all linked. Unlink it, and use it in all your houses, a bonus along with the Ultimate Raised Ranch.

From the 1970s and on, in Americana Architecture, the Raised Ranch was and is, a popular style of house.
Perhaps you live in a part of somewhere that has Raised Ranches, or perhaps you have lived in one before. I have!

Low prims, and enjoyable viewing inside, fireplaces that light, garage door that lifts, separate doors and lights with menu changes, editable faces, even a driveway you can stretch, makes this a completely customizable house…or leave it as I have it. Mess it up? Just rez a new, full copy.

Details of the Ultimate Raised Ranch:

1. 77 Land impact
2. 17.3 wide, 18.7 deep and 12 high
3. Full Copy and Modify
4. NO HUD, change the many faces of wall colors by edit face, you know how!! See in world at what faces are different colors.
5. NO HUD, change the transparency of the windows, each side to your liking. 70% outside and 90% inside as it REZ'es. Windows are thermopane, you can see the black gasket!!
6. All linked one object, so unpacking is just drag and drop. All doors, windows, fire, lights etc are all one link
7. Stretch or Shrink whole house as one link if you are more tall or more small, fit to your liking
8. Lights! Front hanging light outside, garage 4' light, lights in the house. Each light just touch, brings up menu to turn on, change color, brightness etc.
9. Fireplaces, yes 2! That is how Raised Ranches are, one top and one in the lower level. Touch the logs, turns on the fire. You can adjust the flame in the menu
10. Doors, yes lots of them, well not to many. Each door click to open, click and hold, brings up that doors own menu. Change to your liking.
11. Bedroom, only one. Keeping LI low, one is enough!
12. Bathroom, if you want it to be. Tiled floor!
13. Kitchen, dining, and living room all in one. Yes, the real RR's have a wall, but we need to see as we walk around
14. HIGH ceiling. I like to put high ceilings in my houses. Better for viewing. See in world, so nice !!!
15. Garage!! Garage Door too, click and it moves up and in. Thermopane windows and you can also change the tint on these, inside different from out.
16. Driveway!! YES A DRIVEWAY!! REZ'ed out, it is as long as the Stairs. But edit linked object, stretch, and pull it LONG!!! Do you have a car…if you do, you know what you can do!!!
17. Iron Railings? Yep, remember those on these houses?
18. That front exterior hanging lamp. That is the style my house had. Click the lamp, (you will find it) and turn on the light!
19. Shutters, yes, separate faces, color them as you like!!
20. Roof shingles are NOT baked, but textured in world. You may change them to a different texture, or darken these if you like black. Whatever you want to do, as FULL modify!
21. Beautiful chimney with 2 flues, as that is how they were.
22. REAR Deck, Yes, you know the Raised Ranch has a deck out there. Look at the detail, I love it! Yes, 2 x 6's !! You will see.
23. Beautiful inside Stairway with railings, as in all the Raised Ranches. One way up the other down to the lower level.
24. WHITE or Mostly WHITE is what MOST of the faces are. This is so you can color as you like, keeping the baked look. The windows are tinted BLACK, so if you click the whole house, and choose white, everything is white except floors, front stonework and deck.
