The Mini Mansion with only 59 LI, great for the 512 parcel or bigger.
Who doesn't want a Mansion, I did, but do not have a lot of prim allowance or room, so I created my
Mini Mansion.
Just enough detail without adding to many prims. Just look at it!! Complete with crowned windows, and Pillars. Square pillars to keep the LI down too!
All the textures are white based, so you can color as you like, unless you just want a White Mansion!
NO HUD, edit and choose face and change color as you already know how. Comes with beige walls and bluish front door, but you can change to white or anything else.
You can see this house, walk around in it at my new store, or maybe call it my showroom sky platform. TP over there and walk around this very nice house. Looks great, small enough, but high ceiling so you can see inside so easily! Even has a LOFT for your bedroom privacy.
Features
-59 Prims Total
-11.5m wide x 14m deep x 9m tall
-12.5 deep without stairs just in case
-Front and rear stairs are separate but linked. They do not have any shadowing baked on the foundation, so you can remove or resize, put them on the side or whatever if you do not have the room
-Foundation is separate prim, so if you edit linked, you can stretch it down if you have hilly land. Or buy my Land leveler too!
-Loft for Bedroom or whatever
-Stairs going up to loft
-Light switch for 4 exterior lights
-Light switch for 4 interior lights
-Doors front and back are basic, just open and close.
-Separate "select face" during edit for walls, floor, ceiling, roof etc so you can change all the colors.
-Copy, Modify everything, so you can change the textures if you want. Make a mess? Just Rez it again!
Remember, this is for this house ONLY, not the extra things you may see in the photos...but you know that!
Check back often, as you read this, I am already doing the next house and will sell for such a low cost!!

The mansion is great and is the mini mansion it promises to be.
However... I have to give it to Skorrey for being there with quick customer service-- something yu don't find often anymore in SL. This was advertised as copy/mod, but when I bought it, it was neither. I messeged in SL, and even thought she was not online, she replied via offline, realized a script caused the issue, came online, and within 10 minutes, fixed this issue. GREAT!
