The Tri-house, so many triangles! So many lights! Huge windows, facing the front. Designed for parcels with fantastic front views, but maybe not so much on the sides or the rear. Perfect, if your parcel faces a view and you want to see it from inside, with all the windows!

Designed for myself and what I wanted on my own parcel! I wanted front view, and also many lights!

Great for 1024 parcels, or bigger of course. This is a quality mesh house for only $299 as I am so new of a seller!

You can see this house, walk around in it at my new store, or maybe call it my showroom sky platform. I am only setup to sell on Marketplace for now. TP over there and walk around this very nice house. See my others.

COPY and MODIFY
House is mostly WHITE natively. You can just edit the faces, change the color. Keeps the slight shadowing. Change the texture if you want. Want to go back, just rez the house again, you know!

REZ box will allow you to move the box around prior to "finish", but afterwards: There are 16 different linked assemblies, house, 5 doors and 10 linked light sets. Highlight them all before moving the whole house.

FEATURES:

-19.5m wide x 22.5m deep footprint including the stairs.
-19.5m wide x 19.5m deep footprint with stairs removed
-No shadow baking from stairs against foundation, so you can remove without seeing any marks.
-11.5m high to the peak of the highest roof in case you need to know that.
-High ceilings, so easy to see inside what you are doing inside
-Rooms!
-The Great Room
-Rear room to back door, put my washer in there!
-Tiled room for bathroom or whatever you want
-Kitchen / Dining area, put the dining room table in the 3 sided window area, if you want!
-Front Bedroom, 3 sides with the big windows.
-Back bedroom, private one small window
-Many Separate areas (face sets) that colors can be edited to change. Rooms, Bricks, Wood overhangs etc.
-The Great Room! Big center room, high cathedral ceiling, with huge window facing front.
-Triangles! 3 Separate roofs, all rooms with cathedral ceilings, triangle cutout in the wall to the Kitchen Dining area
-Triangle cutout to the bathroom, but you cannot see unless on a ladder!!!
-Light Sets, each with own light switch, You will find them! I like lights and went a little nuts with lights.
-Outside front, 7 lights to light up the front
-Inside overhang in the Great room, 3 lights
-Great room 3 hanging lights
-Front Bedroom
-Small bedroom
-Rear room by back door
-Rear lights outside to light up the back
-Lights under overhang going into the Kitchen / Dining area
-Light in the bathroom
-The doors and the light switches connected to their lights, are linked, but not with the whole house. If you want to stretch, move etc, after you deleted the REZ box, make sure you highlight all of the items.
-Detailed windows and doors
-Glass are clear prims, you can edit all glass to be darker or whatever you want! I box them 75% transparent black.
-Thick foundation for uneven lands, you can also stretch it, foundation is a separate mesh

Remember, this is for this house ONLY, not the extra things you may see in the photos...but you know that!
