We include three private rooms in the far wing. Outside the floor-to-ceiling windows, the back deck is elevated and leads to a lower ground area lined with built-in driftwood planters and rope railings for a nautical feel. The lower ground area is scripted with 9 different ground options - tiled, beach sand, snow, grass, autumn leaves, and more! We even throw in a fire pit for good measure! Land Impact is 125, or 107 without kitchen, and footprint is 32 meters by 29.3 meters.
