A magnificent reconstruction of an ancient city of the forties and fifties.
Successive enlargement of Utopia 1 and Utopia 2, this time complemented by new buildings recently built up to the dimensions of 100x150 meters..
As usual after each expansion set has undergone a complete overhaul. And if it has improved the quality of it, warning errors that have been solved.

It is constructed so that you can put the set in any position (Rezz Faux).
You can delete and modify parts of your choice, to achieve greater number of prims free.
Recommended for placement on a portion of land from 156X128 meters
This construction is the largest built so far by CVR.
Not recommended for new users.

Pure Trash--waste of money
I regret buying this so much.....its laggy, high in prims and its made so badly you can't even modifiy it without taking out parts of the roads. the lights and traffic signs texture are so old and there are so many of them it looks junky......the telephone poles are the same....to many of them and the wires are just hanging everywhere...it doesn't give it a realistic look.....it gives it a trashy look...pure trash!
