ABOUT THE UPPC-SE:

Thank you for your interest in our new and improved Ultimate Parcel Prim Counter - Server Edition. The UPPC-SE was specifically designed with both Landlords and Tenants in mind. It provides Landlords or Administrators with a simple way to remotely monitor prim usage on multiple parcels (grid wide) and Tenants with a quick way to check their own prim usage. Reporting can be via IM's or Email

*NB: you do NOT need to own our Standalone UPPC to use the UPPC-SE - they are different products. The UPPC-SE is a complete packaged solution.

The UPPC-SE is packed to the brim with functionality and so, because of this, we have included detailed documentation as a reference guide to cover any scenario. You do not need to read the full documentation to use the UPPC-SE - simply read the "QUICK START" and dive right in. Play with the menus! It's pretty hard to break the UPPC-SE so don't be afraid to try different things. In most cases the default settings will suit your needs. If you need any help at all feel free to contact us and we'll happily assist!

The UPPC Server itself is the heart (and brains!) of your UPPC network. From here you can cycle through all your Remote Stations, viewing the current status and prim counts of each, or just allow the server to notify you via IM and/or email when a parcel exceeds the maximum prim count set by you. The Server menu allows you to deploy, destroy or teleport to any Remote Station and even set your Server access, reporting and alert notification options.
Your Server will be more efficient if it is on the same SIM as your Remote Stations but this is not mandatory as they will communicate happily grid-wide.
The Server contains a configuration note card "!server_configuration" in which you can enter your:
----Email address (optional),
----Email report delay (optional),
----Administrator list (optional), and
----Blacklist preference (optional).
All other configuration is controlled via Server menus.

QUICK START EXAMPLE:

- Rez your Server and add your email address to the "!server_configuration" notecard in the Server (optional);
- Rez a Remote Station from your Server (via Server menu 'Deploy' button);
- Drop a copy of the Remote Station on your parcel(s);
- Deed the Remote Station (only if Group owned land);
- Give it a name;
- Tell it the maximum prim allowance for that parcel;
- Done!
