The Urban Development Kit is a modular “city-in-a-box”. Have you ever wanted to create a “city” sim, different from the suburbia that fill most of Second Life? Or do you need some low-prim buildings to create a decent skyline in your sim's borders? You will find everything you need to build a small city inside this kit, including:
- Commercial and residential buildings
- Street furniture. Many different items, organized in categories
- A modular street system
The Toyland set is a deviation from the rest of the sets in Urbania. It is certainly more colourful, whimsical and childish, but who doesn't like colour, whimsy and childishness from time to time? Whereas high-rises in some of the other packs look like real, solid buildings, the Toyland Set includes such buildings as a Boot House, a Teapot House and several dool houses.

STUNNING !!!
Today I purchased Sarg Bjornson's Urbania Toyland set and it's a bargain at three times, no , ten times the price I paid. The unpacking is a treat alone. A bulldozer, dirt pile, construction sign, and the easiest, and best, directions to follow. All this before you get to the city. Each piece is remarkable crafted with an artist's eye paying attention to the details, and pride in the work. Most importantly, is the fun. One of the best builds I've encountered in Second Life. Two thumbs up, five stars, Michelin points, and the Nobel Fun Prize on this one.
