The Building comes with a Caspertech Rezz-Box.
That means, you can rezz and reposition it very easy.
The House comes with a lot of linksets, and its full mod and copy, so you can make changes if you like.
It has a huge living room and a seperate unfurnished room for a bad, kitchen / whatever you want. In the first floor is the bedroom and also a seperate room with the door to the sundeck and the pool.
