[Features]
The EPC-4000 "Extirpator" Personal Cannon is a weapon developed by VelTec Industries
meant to equip medium sized mech units as well as those with great stature. This heavy
Proton cannon is based off the same technology from the Spearhead tank, and packs a
heavy punch against armored targets. While this weapon can be used against infantry in
a pinch, it is not recommended without squad support, as this weapon is intended to be
used against armored targets such as tanks as well as (with airburst modulation) fighter
jets.

NOTE: This weapon is intended for use by tall (Around 11 - 12Ft/3.35 - 3.65Meter) avatars.
There IS however a resizable version, but is still recommended for tall avs/mechs.

[Basic]
Mouse Click - Fire Weapon.
C - Melee.
/5dc - Fire Ultimate. Requires all 3 charges.
/5off:# - set weapon rez offset. Factory Default is 2.5.
/5vel:### - set projectile velocity, where "#" represents a number. Default 200. Max 200.
/5tme - Toggle Melee Active/Disabled.
/5sling - sling the weapon, rendering it full alpha.
/5draw - draw the weapon.
/5reset - reset the weapons scripts.
