Mesh House Delas

This modern home has lots of space... and has a customizable feature!
After unpacking you will find 2 different versions of this home in your inventory.
One that is titled 'Mesh House Delas' & " Mesh House Delas HUD Controlled'.
In the home are 4 dividers that have a texture change menu to them, these dividers separate the 3 rooms in this home.
You can choose to control the textures by using the HUD if you rez the hud controlled home...
Or if you do with the other one you can control the texture menu by pressing a button on the wall.
And, with the button version you can easily add your own textures to the divider (unfortunately this is not possible for the hud controled one because the hud is not modifiable).
The textures included are:
Clear transparent
White transparent
Light gray transparent
Dark gray transparent
Brown transparent
Blue transparent
Purple transparent
Green transparent
Blue glass
Blue textured glass
Glass
In front of the divider is an extra shadow layer, so no matter what texture you load into it, you will never lose its realistic shading.
Full Perm AO maps are included, but please beware that a few walls and/or objects may share the same AO map.

Way too big
The house is ridiculously large for a normal sized avatar. Resizing to make it smaller is not an option due to some prims being too thin, so then I decided to unlink the thing to make those prims wider so I could resize it, after which all sorts of problems with the phantomness of the house started to arise. It's been such a hassle that I'm about to give up and buy a different house. This one looks good and is very modestly priced, but the ridiculous size of the thing makes it look so odd.
