definitely a sale!
i LOVE the floorplan of this home! too many are cramped or have only 3 rooms... this one has comfortable space but a TON of rooms.
the LOVELY patio is what really sold me tho! i made a courtyard for he main garden which can be seen from both the patio AND thru living room's picture window wall.
