[WaS] Corrade: Multiple Group Notices Versión 1.0

The following script is a group notice sender that can send notices to multiple configurable groups using Corrade. The script is based on a "configuration" notecard that you can edit in order to change the groups and group passwords as well as edit the subject and the message for the notice to send.

The script requires "group" Corrade permissions and the following group abilities attributed to Corrade:
