The Wingsong Skateboard RIDE V3 is a REZ vehicle; it is one of the few vehicles we make in the RIDE V3 series that does NOT support a passenger. To compensate, I enjoy ADDING one of my Wingsong Companions (for example, see the picture above of my Wingsong Dachsund Companion with me? Isn't that a SCREAM?
It has an excellent 6 gear speed system which begins relatively slowly and increases incrementally. This is a very easy board to handle, yet gives a decent speed for those who like to have their prim hair blowing in the wind. Although it's designed as a touring recreational vehicle it also has a Turbo option for those who like to REALLY go fast.
A great many inworld vehicles are revved up so high by default as to make them difficult if not impossible to drive. This annoys me to no end. Our vehicles are generally set with 6 gears ranging from fairly slow up to 50-75 mps. Just like in real life, speed is related to manageability. Too much speed with increase your chances to get whipped by lag and to drop your vehicle or run into buildings or off high cliffs.
This vehicle uses ACS scripts, noted for being the standard of REZ vehicles. Most vehicles utilizing these scripts cost hundreds or thousands of dollars; the scripts are pretty pricey and most builders will pass this expense on to you. We at the Wingsong Dojo do NOT. Why? Because we sell alot of these vehicles and recouped our initial investment very quickly.

FEATURES and HOW TO USE:
1 - REZ your skateboard to the ground in an area where you have land permissions.
2 - This board is VERY easy to operate: After rezzing it out, RIGHT CLICK on the floor and select RIDE (You can right click some other areas but the tire is the easiest). Move using arrow keys for forward and turns. Shift up for greater speeds by clicking SHIFT key + right arrow key; shift down by clicking SHIFT + left arrow key. Reverse by pressing the Down Arrow key. Pop a wheelie by tapping the PAGE UP key. Do somersaults by pressing the PAGE UP key a few seconds.
3 - Touch the skateboard for some very nice bells and whistles:
- transmission (manual or automatic)
- custom controls for setting your own preferences for driving style (steering, gears and throttle speed, banking)
- onboard avatar adjustment
- locking and unlocking to allow others to drive your board
- resizer
- horn
-light
- flight mode (set from very slow like a hot air balloon to pretty fast)
-turbo mode (This board is preset with relatively low speeds but with a click of a button you are automatically in TURBO or RACING mode.)
- HUD distributed through menu (includes many items from the menu as well as a speedometer; VERY easy to use)
- Driver's Manual HELP distributed through menu
- alarm system (sounds when anyone else attempts to ride locked bike; the alarm can be manually turned off by owner and it will turn off automatically after about 30 seconds)
-onboard graphics for retexturing your frame and wheels (NOTE: your board is COPY/MOD - we designed this system of onboard modification for your convenience.). To change textures of your frame using your onboard menu, select Options ==> Graphics ==> Paint ==> frame, then scroll through the "Next" and "Previous" buttons. To change the color of your wheels select Options ==> Graphics ==> Color. To select shine on your wheels, select Options ==> Graphics ==> Shine; select Shine2 for selection of shine on the frame.
4 - The car is embedded with high quality original Wingsong animations. It has a single animation for when your "engine" is on, and two other animations (standing and sitting) for when you are parked. To switch between Park animations, select Stop Engine in the menu and the left and/or right arrow keys.
5 - Your skateboard is COPY/MOD, so make all the copies you want and recolor, redecorate, resize, retexture, reDO to make it fit YOUR specs! Note that in your inventory it will appear to be NO MODIFY because of the proprietary scripts but when you REZ it out you'll see that you CAN modify it.
