Wingsong Space Pod WEAR B Box

The Wingsong Space Pod WEAR is the wearable version of our Wingsong Space Pod. Its strength lies in its simplicity coupled with a splash of fantasy, a few solid features, and an original Wingsong animation that has you bouncing just slightly in your little pod as you travel through the various worlds.

This B edition is exactly like our original Wingsong Space Pod WEAR except it has been retrofitted with a different hull and is a little bit larger.

FEATURES

1 - The red sensor at the top of your pod flashes on every now and then - not enough to be annoying but enough to add a touch of animation to your journey.

2 - Touch the sensor to turn on an ambient aqua pilot light for night driving. We call it a pilot light because, well, it pours a little light on the pilot. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

3 - Your pod floats on water, so if you crash to earth - no worries! You won't drown! In fact, you can skim across the natural Linden waters in an automatic boat mode, which is way cool!

4 - Your pod has what look like 2 exhaust pipes. They are not. They are stardust distributors, and they leave a trail of gorgeous aqua and purple dust everywhere they go. Stardust, as you know, is the essence of compassion and humanity. You can disable the distributors by touching on them.

5 - Touch the Communications Array (the little tetrinium chloride enameled rod at the top of your pod) to access a menu of various historical means of communicating while traveling. A couple of old car horns. A great boat horn. A jet flyby. Two train sounds. A Viking horn, for goodness sakes! Hokey but fun. You can add your own sounds by dragging them from your inventory into the CONTENT TAB of the Communications Array.

BONUSES:

1 - Wingsong Navigation HUD: This is a magnificent HUD for all your wearables, and includes a compass, speedometer, altimeter, and speed/cruise control! Allows your fingers to relax. Great for chatting/imming. OPEN THE BOX SEPARATELY. See complete details in the package to get the most out of this. Includes, among other things, an excellent speed setting and cruise control for wearables. Go real slow. Go stupid fast. And everything in between! I seldom leave home without my Wingsong Navigation HUD.

2 - To keep you company in your travels, we're including our fun Wingsong Micro Robot Shoulder Buddy. He's adorable and he's fun. He also adds a little ambient aqua light to the party. His red sensors, which look a little like giant eyeballs, blink. Or winkHis antenna and arms wiggle a bit as he moves. He's got some sort of green fumes that emit from his head because he's so smart. And his head makes a bubbly sound which you can turn on and off by touching it. I have no idea what the wheels are for since we all carry him around all the time.

3 - We're throwing in a FREE Wingsong Space Suit. It has two onboard lights (touch the top and the back of the helmet to turn the lights on and off), which makes it great for floating through your miniature virtual universe at night.

For best results, remove other clothing and attachments, REZ your space suit box out, and select the COPY AND WEAR option. For future convenience, save your suit as an outfit.

A few features of the space suit: There are 2 jet pipes that emit gorgeous stardust particles when you move. You can toggle the stardust on and off by touching the pipes. Touch the right bottom part of your oxygen tank to call up a menu with 3 different looped power sounds. You have three onboard lights which can be turned on and off by touching the back of your helmet, the top of your helmet, and your belt.

NOTE: You may have trouble touching your avatar when riding the pod. Set your options before climbing into the pod.

TO USE

Everything included here are attachment wearables. Wear your space suit as described above. ADD everything else from your inventory and they automatically snap to where they need to be. You can reposition as you like. Your Wingsong Space Pod is a wearable so it goes anywhere you go and it does not support passengers.

Fly your pod to one of the many wonderful space themed sims. Or get a Wingsong Holodeck - Galaxy sold separately at our Marketplace store and ride around in that for hours! It has 14 preinstalled galaxies that give you the impression you are really traveling. You can sit in there on your pod without moving, or set your speed at 1 meter per second and inch along. Trust me - it is GREAT fun!
