Wingsong Holodeck: Galaxies MultiSit Box

The Wingsong Holodeck series is completely out of this world. Really! The design of each of these holodecks is simple, low lag, low prim and beyond beautiful. You will spend hours in your microcostic worlds and feel as if you are traveling through infinity, and yet you never leave the comfort and safety of your own sim or estate.

The Wingsong Holodeck - Galaxies V2 is a state of the art microcosm that puts you and your visitors into a small ergonomically designed space craft flying through space toward a vortex far off in the distance. No, you don't really go anywhere. You just FEEL like you do. You know, like a holodeck!

FEATURES and HOW TO USE

1 - REZ out your holodeck on the ground. To position it up in the sky Right Click on it and select SIT. Open your EDIT menu and on the OBJECT TAB edit the blue Z axis to the altitude you want to position your holodeck. Stand up, take one step forward, and you should be standing on the bridge of your space ship.

You probably do not want to set this to PHANTOM. I turn the phantom off and place teleporters inside my globes.

2 - The globe has a very slow, relaxing texture animation engine in it that gives a very realistic impression of actual travel. Click on the globe to access one of 14 preinstalled universes for you to enjoy. You can also easily add your own (up to a total of 22) by dragging textures from your inventory into the globe's Content Tab through the Edit tool.

3 - The globe can easily be resized down to VERY tiny, and up to 64 meters using your STRETCH feature in your Edit Tool. When resizing, be sure to use the EDIT LINK feature and resize ONLY the globe. The spaceship and chairs won't fit properly if you resize them.

4 - The two chairs are embedded with an exceptional third party multisit engine and 11 authentic original Wingsong animations for your comfort and relaxation. To sit Right Click on a chair and SIT. Click on the chair to access your animations.

You have 5 BOUNCE animations that give render you weightless, and 7 SIT animations. These are not poses but are full animations.

Most adult sized humanoid avatar will not require adjustment but if you DO, there is a very easy to use onboard menu system for adjustments.

5 - The console is actually a freebie distributor. I have preinstalled it with a free full perm space helmet, this information sheet, and some shameless promotional items.

6 - The disembodied eyeball is actually a robot. He blinks. Click on him and he turns the lights on and off. He senses things. He tells terrible jokes.

I'm lying about the jokes. But he does amuse me so.

7 - Because my Wingsong Holodecks are designed with a commitment for low prim usage without the use of rezzers, you can easily set out more than one. I generally keep three or four of them stacked on top of one another way above the dojo. To visit them, come by the dojo and take the taxi teleporter located just to your left on the front deck.

BONUSES

A - Wingsong Space Chair - MultiSit: This chair is identical to the two linked to your holodeck. I'm including a stand alone one for you in case you want to set them out for additional guests. At only one prim, they are a great addition to ANY space theme.

B - Wingsong Holodeck Floor - Galaxies: I REZ and position this in my personal galaxies holodeck, just under the spaceship. I decided to not link this in order to allow you to decide for yourself whether or not to include this extra prim.

Although the floor is COPY/MOD, it has a convenient onboard texture changer; click on it to access your menu. I've preinstalled two textures (Alpha and Black). You can add your own textures (maximum 22 total) by dragging them from your inventory into the floor's Content Tab using the Edit tool.

Your holdeck is COPY/MOD (except the helmet, which is full perm!), so make all the copies you want and recolor, redecorate, resize, retexture, reDO to make it fit YOUR specs!
