Though I like cottage and vintage style homes I wanted something a little more simple yet versatile in design and style along with a modern look. This build fits the budget and the space needed with out going to big or to small. Being modifiable also is a great plus and it has a house control system which is nice. Thanks good job!

This type of build isn't for everyone. However, for a simple minimalist like me it's damn near perfect. The inside is divided into two main sections, both with plenty of room to furnish how you please. The outside appearance is solid and has a kind of industrial feel to it. It is a very simple yet also very solid build. There are no gaps or other annoying things normally associated with prefabs in this price range. It is well worth the L$375 price.
