Splendida Villa con alcune pareti panoramiche, ideale come casa residenziale, che sia in montagna, sulle rive di uno splendido lago o di ua meravigliosa spiaggia.

composto da:
- un grande open space all'ingresso con scala di accesso al terrazzo superiore panoramico.
- ulteriore scala di accesso alla camera superiore;
1 camera da letto dalla quale si accede al terrazzo panoramico.
- nel terrazzo minibar.
tutte le porte sono perfettamente funzionanti con chiusura anche automatica.
- camini sia al piano terra che al primo piano.
- i camini si accendono tramite controller posto sopra di loro.
- impianto luminoso con interruttori on off posti alle pareti
- sistema di oscuramento delle vetrate.
