[Balan Builds] Richmond Office and Storage Building Version 1.1

Does your SL company need space to expand? Look no further! The Richmond is a medium-sized multi-purpose Office Building featuring a large adjoined warehouse-style storage building. GenTek's fantastic Delta Elevator and IntelliDoors are both included with this build.

• The Office building features a large open-space on the ground floor and two additionnal spaces on the 1st floor for a private office and/or a meeting room.

• The large space provided by the empty warehouse also provides a blank canvas for other types of uses, a jail for a police department, storage for military vehicles...

Each area has lights that are individually controlled via a switch. Into RP? You'll also find electrical outlets, and exit signs for that full immersion.

The building is 100% made of mesh, with the highest quality textures up to the latest Material standards. It has a footprint of 50m * 50m. And a height of 12m. It's land impact is 169, making it a perfect fit on medium-sized lands.

The look of the building is customizable. If you want to change the outside texture, you will be able to do so in a breeze. You'll also be able to change the colors of the inside walls. Most of them are the same mesh face, hence the same color, but there are "accent walls" available in the building.
