Buildings are MODIFY and COPY so you can unlink unwanted prims, resize, repaint, remove/replace scripts etc. (Scripts are no modify)
Internal light system:
Owner only: Click the owner only switches for on/off.
Hold down switches and release after 1 second for light menu, adjust color the brightness and other settings.
Touch-tint Window Panels:
Owner only: Touch the glass to cycle through levels of transparency.

Versatile, elegant, logical
Extremely versatile building constructed with logical sections of building blocks, allowing you to re-create the space you need using the elements. No annoying shades that would prevent remodeling of the building. Ceiling height is just right for camera movements. Elegant simplicity of the facade geometrical elements is making construction self sufficient in aesthetic aspect even as sky shop with the appropriate platform texture.
Unlike most beautiful but useless shops I've seen, this one would allow you to set up your store the way you want it.
From my personal point of view (and take it as such), price is way lower than it should be.
