Accessing the house via the covered Porch, you enter the Foyer. From here you look into the Living Room and Dining/Kitchen, both flooded with natural light and with access to a covered Veranda. On the Staircase Landing there is a large shuttered window, part of which opens to admit light and fresh air. Upstairs are 2 large Bedrooms, both with Veranda access, plus a Tower Bath.

Returning to the Foyer, you pass under the staircase and enter the Owner's Wing of the house. Here is a huge, open plan space with multiple accesses to a private Terrace.

Up a private Staircase, you enter the large Owner's Bedroom, with Ensuite. The windows in the ensuite open out and there are double doors to another private Terrace.

The doors to the Veranda in both the Living and Dining rooms, the windows on the Landing and the Ensuite are all opened and closed manually, to allow freedom of movement. The others are timed to open and close automatically.

PBR textures have been used liberally throughout the house for the most updated look.
