The Chapelette is 100% mesh and as it is has a land impact of 5.
The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).
The build is 16 m by 11 m, consisting of a spacious main room with ceiling to floor dual aspect windows. The stairs lead up to the upper floor with dual aspect windows.
