The Retro Gas station has a Land impact of approximately 25 prims.
The gas pump and air pump will increases the Li: Gas pump is 7 prims and the Air pump is 6 prims.
The build fits a land size of 600 m2 with dimensions equal to 25 feet Wide By 24 Deep.
Garage and entrance doors have built in scripts to open and close.
Easily customized to go smaller or bigger. Keep in mind with increase Land impact will go up, with decrease the prim count will go down.
Retextures like a prim!!

This is a great little gas station. I put it in a retro themed area and it fits in perfectly. I was able to easily modify the size to fit on my 512m lot. Great job.
