The back to back houses were a classic in British dwelling of the 19th century. Situated at a low level of the social scale, they could be found in most industrial towns of that era.
A museum exists in Birmingham, with real back to backs that can be visited, and is a testimony of working class way of life in 19th century UK.
My Georgian back to backs are very light in land impact houses (43 prims each) and feature 2 rooms each (1 up 1 down).
You are provided when buying this pack with 4 different interior types :
-a classic 19th century one,
-a "light" style, sort of "scandinavian" style, very cosy,
-a more modern and very neat one,
-and, last but not least, a shabby and aged one.
These styles will enable you to align several houses in streets of your sim or plot, and attract several types of tenants, from the hipster to the granny ! Moreover, these houses enable you to get a very classy sober and british style decor, for such a ridiculous price !
Of course, they are fully modify, so if someone does not like the wallpaper, no problem !
