The Archer Condo

The perms are MOD and COPY, (the scripts are no mod which will make the prim appear as no mod, but you can modify the build, just not the scripts).

The build is 27 m by 21 m, From the hall way there are doors leading to the bathroom area and the second bedroom, further along is the door to the main bedroom and also an archway to 3 spacious areas with dual aspect windows for the main living.
The build is texture modifiable but the wall texture will change all walls together. The floor has bump map and specular materials..
