This house is FABIOULOUS!!
The design of this mansion is based on the lovely houses you can find in many, many places in Tuscany, Italy. A house were you can relax and lounge at the poolside overlooking the yellow fields with cypress trees. A house that you really can imagine to live in,....in Real Life! The details and decoration are so natural that after a few minutes you don't even notice, that you walk around in a virtual world but in the real world and you will feel directly at home!

HOW DOES THIS HOUSE LOOK LIKE
Including the pool area & pool house it has a footprint of 43 x 34 m and fits best on a parcel of at least 4096 sqm . With all the odds & ends it has a land impact of 354. However a lot of parts are not linked to the house, if necessary you can remove them when you need to make land impact free. However be sure that by rezzing the house, you have those prims available otherwise the house will not rez properly from the rezzing box. See below for the land impact count per item.

- A roomy entrance hall
- Living room with open fireplace including a realistic wood fire and fire tools. Of course the chimney smokes. Double doors lead to the terrace and pool area.
- The country style kitchen has a stove and fridge. All drawers and cabinet doors can open and close and the water tap runs.
- A roomy bedroom
- A bathroom with sinks and towels and a warm rug on the floor. The bathtub can be filled with water, steam and bubbles and has bathing animations. A shower with running water and single & couple shower animations (PG)
- Outside at the swimming pool area you can sit and lounge under a pergola with climbing vine. A BBQ with wood and fire is included. At the poolside you can sunbath or sit with dangling legs in the water. A little fountain makes it complete. For your privacy the pool area is surrounded with rustic old walls covered with vines and fern.
In the Pool house you find a sauna with sit and lay animations (PG) and a shower that has romantic color changing light.

SCRIPTS INCLUDED
- All doors are multi users lockable, The manual you find in the content tab of the door.
- All curtains open and close on touch
- The blinds in the kitchen, and bathroom are also to operate by touch in different modes: open closed and half closed.
- Open fire and smoking chimney.
- In the bay window you can sit and lounge.
- At the pool you can sunbath on the towel, and sit on the pillows and on the rim of the pool.
- In the sauna there are several spots on the benches were you can sit or lay (menu operated)
- All doors in the kitchen cabinets open and close on touch as well as the door of the stove.
- The kitchen tap works when touching the blue handle on the right.
- The bathtub works, just push the buttons on the wall. ATTENTION!!! It can occur that you need to reset the bathtub script after rez-zing the house. Select the bottom of the bathtub (right click --> edit/edit linked,). Choose then the content tab and open the script 'Hot Tub 1.05' by left click, push reset button in left bottom corner of the pop up window of the script)
- Push the light blue button at the bathtub for bathing animations.
- The sinks fills with water when you touch the faucets.
- The shower animations in the bathroom as well as in the Pool house, you operate by touching the faucet on the wall and choose 'sit'
- The shower gives water when you touch the square rain shower device at the ceiling of the shower cabin.
-The Victorian wall lamps automatically are lit when it gets dark.

LAND IMPACT: 356
The house is mainly build in MESH There are parts like the kitchen which are set on Convex Hull in the Features tab. There were needed it is set on Prim. Best is not to change anything in that way, because then it can happen you can't go through doors or step in the bathtub or more of these issues. In the rezzing box you find 30 items.
