Pair the controller to multi-scene rezzer
-----------------------------------------
1. In "Standby Mode" you may touch the HomeGuard security panel to set up the multi-scene rezzer.
2. After scanning, select the rezzer you like to control. You will see [Off] change to [On]
3. Select Rez Mode to switch between three different options:

The settings determine when the panel is operable and when a scene is rezzed.

(avatar): Scene panel is operable for any avatar and objects are rezzed when anyone is within detection range.

(rented & avatar): Scene panel is only operable when unit has been rented and anyone is allowed to access the scene panel.

(rented & tenant): Scene panel is only operable when unit has been rented and only renter and avatars on the guest list are able to use the panel.

4. IMPORTANT! On Multi-scene rezzer (v 3.4.9 and later), select "Remote Sensor" as the Sensor option and switch guest access to "Rental" by clicking the "Guest" button.

5. In (rented & avatar) or (rented & tenant) mode, rental controller can be set up to run 10 min demo scene for each visit when the unit is not rented. Select "Demo Mode" button to enable this feature.

Setup examples

1. Use Rental Controller as the centralized avatar sensor to reduce lag. Rez scene only when avatar appears. Only you are allowed to operate rezzer.

Rental controller: Rez Mode (avatar), Demo Mode (Off)
Rezzer: Sensor (Remote Sensor), Guest (Owner)

2. Use Rental Controller as the centralized avatar sensor to reduce lag. Rez scene when avatar appears only after the unit has been rented. Only you are allowed to operate rezzer.

Rental controller: Rez Mode (rented & avatar), Demo Mode (Off)
Rezzer: Sensor (Remote Sensor), Guest (Owner)

3. Use Rental Controller as the centralized avatar sensor to reduce lag. Rez scene only when tenant (or guest) appears after the unit has been rented. When not rented, rez scene for about 10 min as demo. Only tenant and guests can access the scene panel.

The following functions are only activated after lease begins
-------------------------------------------------------------------

- Touch the scanner for the menu. Click AV name for immediate eviction.
The scanner supports three scan modes: (Default is Verbose mode)

1. Manual mode: Tenant won't see warning message when any intruder is detected.

2. Verbose mode: When intruder is detected, tenant will be warned and given options to evict or accept as guest.
Click ignore button will ignore this avatar for 1 hour.

3. Auto mode: Automatic evict intruders that are not on guest list or If any avatar has been ignored.

For some reasons, if you like to evict anyone in your area just click the security system for the menu.

How guest/manager list works
************************
1. Any designated guest will be able to access the scene control panel like tenant.
2. Guests by default do not have the privilege to operate the security system unless they have been assigned by tenant as the manager.
3. Designated managers will be able to edit guest list and operate the security system.
