Touch once or twice to emanate both or balloons alone or confetti alone.
When working with this emanator you might want to go to view on your game > Highlight Transparent to place it or take it back when you are finished with it.

This is a really nice item. Emits lots of multi coloured ballooons and streamers and I like that you can switch either balloons or streamers on and off. Absolutely perfect for my recent carnical sets. Thank you!
