Constructed with a lot of custom mesh, textures and materials. Building is copy and modify, scripts are no modify. Structure is 124 land impact without the light systems, but as it is no modify you can add/remove interior walls, etc.

48x48 Mega Garage includes multiple owner-only lighting systems, some touch-tint windows upstairs and some front-facing blinds. (Additional 30 land impact for these extras).

All new advanced 3.0 door system allows "typing free" management for the roll up doors, double-door entrance and interior doors. Simply click on door and hold for the owner/manager menu. Assign regular users or managers to each door, scan and add nearby avatars without needing to enter their names.

Comes packed in Rez-Free unit for simple positioning/set up.
