This entire room full of furniture was originally created for the Hotel Chelsea in Lanestris. They wanted some low prim, multi-use furniture and they got it! I recently updated it with new sculpts, more and better animations, and texture change options.
On the Divanoletto, click the mattress/sofa cushions to sit, and again for the animations menu. There are a total of 50 animations for singles, couples, and friends. All are PG.
Click anywhere else to change it from a sofa to bed. Once it's a bed, you can have it unmade, made, or under-covers. There are various animations that look best with each.
Click and hold the wood on the bed and dresser for 3+ seconds for the (owner only) texture change menu. Click and hold the paper on the desk for 3+ second to change the texture on the Library. There are choices ranging from 10-16 options for every part except the books on the Library Desk.
The three-prim Dresser seats one with 5 sit animations, 12 wood texture choices, and 11 TV stations (animated gifs) to choose from, plus an "off". The poster has a texture change menu with 15 art options. The boxes on top the dresser change texture to coordinate with whichever piece of art you choose.
The Library is three prims, has 12 wood texture options, and seats two with 21 animations, including reading and writing. There are also some fun extra animations for both avs.
This entire set is perfect for low prim guest rooms, beach houses, dorm rooms, or when you just don't have a lot of prims to spare. And even though it's all extra low prim, you still get a ton of options. The pillows even have pillow cases!

*Please note, when first sitting on the Divanoletto, you'll always take a sofa sit, regardless whether the item is in sofa or bed form. Just click the mattress for a menu and it's fixed. I made several attempts to work around this, but unless I wanted to raise the prim count more, it wasn't possible.
*** The MarketPlace occasionally runs VERY slow to send purchased items. If you are wanting to receive any item you're ordering immediately, it's best to go in-world to stores, (if the seller has a store,) and purchase the items there. This goes for all items available on the MP, not just my own. MP deliveries can take several hours, and your money may not be refunded for failed delivery until after the delay time is up.
