Nestled in a magical garden, partially hidden by trees is this beautiful cottage complete with garden and decor.
FEATURES
Land impact is 690 including everything. Size required is 60M X 60M X 26M high.
The cottage on its own is 275 prims and is a separate object.

with not knowing how the building looked in world I contacted the owner and they had an area to demo the building, the place is perfect for what I'm going to use it for.
Enchanted Refuge
The magical house is a nice mix of building styles with doors and windows that open and many small details in every room including lights, pictures, fire place, flowers and small objects. Hidden corners invite to explore the three floors where you will find a friendly environment in light colors and neutral textures. The floors have large open spaces. The beautiful garden with plenty of space to sit or have a stroll, contains flora and fauna, benches, fountains and sculptures. The building is ideal for parties.
