I've been purchasing residential and maritime content for my estate for more than 17 years, and shopping Austin's store is like being a kid in a candy shop. I need it all. Top tier for design, textures and realism. Sometimes I don't even know what I'm going to do with an item I've purchased, but it must be owned! He goes the extra distance on everything.
A nice little place to keep an eye on things
I love this ranger tower, having both worked in it on a family sim, and now having it as a hangout spot among the trees in my equestrian center - it looks lovely nestled among the trees on my land, and offers a visual point of interest from elsewhere on the site. I've unlinked mine from the base, so it's just the legs of the tower, but it works great that way for my needs. Looks lovely paired with a water tower on my land. The benches that come with it have found use everywhere in my horse yard too as handy places to sit and chat with friends.

This is really realistic and well made! If it's too tall for your area unlinking the front pier so the tower stood only on the 4 legs was easy. Great for park ranger RP, or in my case a hang out for my kids, or even just empty it looks cool peeping through the trees! well worth the money spent!
Amazing mesh build
Great LOD and it is just a fantastic build. I have it setup on a cliff and it looks soo amazing...highly recommend for anyone who has nature build of any sort!
